If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or warranty service in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Shipping Availability
Currently, Culge Global delivers orders across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All return, refund, and warranty services are applicable only to orders delivered within India.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- The handbag is returned in its original condition along with all original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories remain attached and intact.
- The original invoice or order confirmation is included with the return.
Important
- Products with removed, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
- Products showing signs of use, stains, scratches, alterations, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact Culge Global Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs (if requested).
- Wait for confirmation from the Culge Global support team before shipping or handing over the product.
- Pack the handbag securely in its original packaging along with the invoice and all original tags.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Pickup
- Once the return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your registered delivery address.
- Pickup availability depends on serviceability in your location.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by Culge Global. In such cases, reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed upon successful quality inspection.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Pickup Scheduling
- Pickup will be scheduled within 5–7 business days after the return request is approved.
Transit
- The returned product may take up to 10–15 business days to reach our warehouse, depending on the courier partner and location.
Quality Inspection
- The product will undergo a quality inspection within 3 business days after it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products used after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale" (unless received damaged or defective).
Warranty Policy
Every Culge Global handbag is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality.
Warranty Coverage
Culge Global provides a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects only.
The warranty covers:
- Stitching defects.
- Hardware defects such as locks, zippers, magnetic closures, rivets, or metal fittings caused by manufacturing faults.
- Structural defects resulting from manufacturing.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches, fading, stains, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by overloading the handbag.
- Cuts, burns, accidental damage, or misuse.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service:
- Contact Culge Global Customer Support with your Order ID.
- Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.
- If required, send the product to our inspection center.
- After inspection, Culge Global will determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty.
If covered, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the handbag,
- Replace the defective product (subject to stock availability), or

Provide store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after delivery, subject to the Return Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective product, or
- an incorrect item,
please notify Culge Global within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support along with photographs and your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution after verification.
